Managing orders of mailings matters within internal tools (Print shop mail, InDesign,..) and ensure contact with Bpost and preferred suppliers.

Function Description

Manage demands from internal clients (received via a dedicated tool) from A to Z:

  • check and complete the client briefing
  • compile a global retro-planning considering all stakeholders
  • create new templates (InDesign tool) or upload existing in a dedicated tool (Print shop mail or Xmpie)
  • fill in the different variables and language versions
  • treat the received addresses and merge them with uploaded files
  • contact preferred routers to manage the order
  • register the order within the Bpost online tool
  • manage validation return from clients
  • follow-up the order until the delivery

Respect of the intern processes.
Professional intervention within the exchanges with internal customers and preferred suppliers (mainly via mail, phone or meeting).

Your profile
 

  • Education Bachelor or equivalent by experience in administrative field/database management
  • Languages: French Good, Dutch Good
  • Experience 2 or 3 years experience
  • Technical matters of mailing (personalization)  Print shop mail &/or Xmpie
  • Preferable Outlook, Excel
  • Client and supplier oriented
  • Well-organized
  • Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
  • Good Communication
  • Stress resistant, punctuality, & flexibility
  • Team player
