E2E OPS INVEST is actively looking for an external resource to reinforce the team of Customer Service (CS) Securities Handling.
The candidate will join the team in charge of CS Securities Referentials within CS Securities Handling.
The CS Securities Referentials team manages the referentials tool (FTB), the data in it and the flows for feeding and updating the data. This referential tool contains all product related data in the domain INVEST and is as such the back bone of the Securities handling from sales to processing and accounting.
This mission aims to handle the impact of several ongoing projects on Securities Referentials and to increase the overall efficiency of the Securities
The candidate will contribute to the team and will be in charge of :

  • Identify and analyse impact of projects and other changes in the bank on Securities Referentials (process, system, organisation)
  • Identify and analyse other issues in the field of Securities referentials
  • Interact with other stakeholders such as Project Managers, Marketing department, Process team, business representatives, IT, product owner, etc, in order to defend the interest of Securities Referentials and to come to an agreement with those stakeholders on how to handle impact and required change where appropriate (in cooperation with the team manager of CS Securities Referentials)
  • Implement the required change where appropriate in Securities
  • Identify potential areas of efficiency improvements
  • Depending of management decisions, implementation of defined actions (process & change)
  • The candidate will report to the team manager of CS Securities Referentials

Your profile
 

  • Education University Degree
  • Languages: French Fluent with strong command of Dutch or English or Dutch Fluent with strong command of French or English or English Fluent with strong command of Dutch or French
  • Knowledge in the analysis or improvement of operational processes
  • Knowledge of project management methodology (preferred)
  • Impact analysis and problem solving skills
  • At least 1 year in a securities handling environment is a definite advantage.
  • Understanding of securities lifecycle and products is a definite advantage.
  • Familiar with project lifecycle and project environment
  • Organizational skills (workshops, brainstorming, brown paper sessions, interactions, facilitator roles)
  • Fast learner, strong in handling complexity and stress resistant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with The whole Securities Handling environment of a (retail) bank
  • Process Improvement methodology
  • Change Management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Securities handling is a plus
  • Investment products (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives)
