PMO – Business Analyst & Project Lead Digital Transformation

Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Context of the mission

Reinforce Digital Transformation Team on PMO, Business Analysis & Project Leading activities.

Objective of the job

Main activities & deliverables:
PMO (40%)

  • Works on program steering deliverables to set up & coordinate & consolidation all digital initiatives
  • Proposes improvements for strategic portfolio mgt
  • Some key deliverables (not exhaustive):
  • Set-up/maintain program Status Reporting:
    • Quantitative reporting: costs, resources, milestones, deliverables (Earned/Burned approach)
    • Qualitative reporting: scope, issues, risks, dependencies
    • Processes
    • Initialisation phase: baselines for milestones, deliverables, budget, start and end


  • Running phase : how much time has been spent for which activity and which deliverable has been completed (PMs tracks / PMO consolidates)
  • Budget Reporting
    • Capacity dashboard
    • Preparation & communication flows between governance bodies (Meeting minutes, actions follow-up, Program status communication, …)

Business Analyst (30%)

  • Conception of solutions (ideation, requirements, …)
  • Drive delivery of solutions implemented in IT department
  • Testing, Delivery and Support of solutions

Project Lead (30%)

  • Coordinate & drive the identification of less paper initiatives
  • Help in the definition of the business case for cost savings
  • Follow-up & consolidate status of all initiatives
  • Potentially, coordinate E2E delivery of some initiatives
  • Regularly report on paper statistics & cost savings

 Your profile

  • Languages: English, Dutch and French, one fluent, the other one good at least.
  • Level of education: Minimum master / license.

  • Flexible
  • Knowledge/experience in Digitalization domain is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience in Insurance industry is a plus

  • Development experience is a plus
  • Business Analyst or Project Lead E2E (IT & business)
  • Testing experience is a plus
