To reinforce the Life Insurance Program Management Team on PMO activities, our client is actively searching a Project Management Officer with experience in monitoring the progress of the portfolio of projects in a large organization. The scope is business related projects with an IT-impact.
 
Objective of the job
Main activities & deliverables:

  • Participate in setup/update of Business Plan
  • Update ProjectPortfolio Dashboard (Programs/Projects/ChangeRequests)
  • Provide portfolio reporting to :
    • Management Life
    • Project Teams Life
    • (Marketing/ProductDevelopment/Program Management/IT)
  • Create/Maintain Budget Reporting
  • (Program Management / IT)
  • Create/Maintain Program Management Life Capacity dashboard
  • Preparation & communication for project follow-up meetings
  • (Meeting minutes, actions follow-up, status communication, …)
  • Provide PMO support for programs/projects
  • (Project Card/provide templates)

 
Your profile
 

  • Languages: English, Dutch and French, one fluent, the second one good at least.
  • Communication skills; – being able to manage the negative perception of reminders – being able to communicate to higher management
  • Personal planning & organisation.
  • Interest in administrative aspects.
  • Flexible
  • PMO experience within a large organisation (min 3 years’ experience)
  • Knowledge/experience in Insurance industry is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • PMO experience within a large organisation (min 3 years’ experience)
