Your responsibilities

  • Assist in the Performance cycle 2016;
  • Assist in the strategic workforce planning 2017;
  • Provide your internal client with relevant information on HR services, policies, procedures, plans and results in order to ensure appropriate decision making in the organisation and the development of policies and procedures : main focus is the scope of the departments Global Security, HR Steering Center Tools, Global Assignment Steering Center (GASC) and HR4HR;
  • Manage the relationship with your internal clients;
  • Take part in projects within policy involving matters relating to HR;
  • Defining the business’ HR needs in collaboration with the HR Manager;
  • Taking specific Talent/ Reward & social rel./ System and Admin./ Financials & planning actions for the business after consultation (within policy) and in collaboration with the HR Manager.

Your profile

  • At least 3- 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/HR Advisor (e.g. recruitment, coaching, development)
  • Experience with databases, thorough knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French; Preferable Knowledge of English.
  • Experience within a financial company is a plus
