Our client wants to make banking easy for its customers. As a Digital Business Analytics Expert within the Ebc Analytics team, your goal is to improve the usability, effectiveness and user friendliness of our online sales and servicing functionalities (and our online channels as a whole) by analyzing user behavior, giving actionable recommendations for improvement and introducing innovative ideas by closely following new evolutions in the online market.

  • Make the available data insightful, visual & deliver results
  • Set up automated dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics
  • Analyze user behavior and perform deep dives on specific online/mobile flows
  • Look for patterns in user behavior
  • Enrich quantitative analysis with qualitative information
  • Define business needs for new projects in terms of data gathering/reporting Giving actionable recommendations Not only focusing on the what, but also (and even more) on the what next
  • Using analyses to discover actionable insights
  • Generating input for AB Testing and optimization projects Evolutions in the online market
  • Following new developments in the (financial) online world
  • Introducing new ideas and continuously aiming for a next digital analytics maturity level

Your profile
 

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Economics, Business Engineering, Information Management, Communication Studies, (Digital) Marketing , Analytics, Multimedia & Communication Technology, IT or equivalent by experience
  • Languages Requirement French Professional working knowledge Dutch Professional working knowledge English Professional working knowledge
  • Experience 0-5 years relevant experience Junior to Medior profile
  • Armed with excellent analytical skills: you can crunch important knowledge from a large volume of data and figures Experience with analyzing data and statistical analysis Knowledge of Digital Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of web & app development, UX & Digital Marketing/Sales
  • Profound knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (SQL, VBA, JavaScript, …) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Tag Management systems Knowledge of A/B & MVT Testing Is a plus
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Systems is a plus
  • A passion for user experience and analytics in the digital (web & mobile) domain
  • A passion for data and visualization
  • A real team player, but capable of working independently and taking ownership
  • Able to summarize factual data in business insights and recommendations for senior management
  • Customer focus mindset – always make it easy and user friendly for the customer
  • The ability to clearly explain to stakeholders the outcome of your analysis Strong influencing skills to positively and sensitively work with executive stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services sector is a plus
