we are transforming into a new way of working which is a Scaled Agile way of working. Following this transformation, several tribes have been created and one of the tribe is Data Hub. Data Hub as a tribe is owned by bank’s data office (lead by CDO) and the tribe leader reports into the CDO. This
critical position is to support the tribe leader and other members of the tribe reporting into the tribe leader in the various tribe related activities especially tribe governance communication, tribe financial management, tribe delivery excellence etc.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Supporting tribe lead in preparing communications around tribe rituals
  • Supporting tribe lead with following up activities across different tribe members
  • Supporting tribe lead and product owners with financial management of the tribe.

Your profile:
 

  • Education Bachelor/Master
  • Languages: French and Dutch Preferred, English Must – spoken and written
  • Experience 5 -10 years of experience
  • Strong command in Excel
  • Experience within an Agile, Scrum context is a plus
  • Creating Business presentations
  • Ready to collaborate and have the attitude to create an industrialized process driven environment
  • Financial management (Budget management skills)
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders is a plus
