Part-time 50% (20 hours/week)

Product Management is company Supply Chain’s engine for New Product Launch, Value Stream Management, Global Planning, New Business Opportunities, Strategic Capacity Planning, Design-to-Value and Portfolio Management.
Global Planning (division of Supply Chain) drives and executes the supply planning and regional S&OP for all internal and external production plants, in close collaboration with site management, customer management , launch management, value stream management , finance and other stakeholders. Key focus is on end-to-end planning to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, inventory and service.
 
Your responsibilities:
 

  • To ensure the project is delivered on time, budget and scope
  • To ensure communications are managed effectively
  • To ensure all key business deliverables are completed
  • To ensure key business risks are identified and solutions implemented

  • Project Charter & Project Plan
  • Project Kick-Off
  • Risk assessment
  • Project governance: co-facilitate core team meeting and sponsor meetings
  • Status reporting
  • Track and Manage issues and risks
  • Address business resource staffing
  • Budget management (business backfill)
  • Project lessons learned

VMI Parameters

Your profile:

We are looking for a hands-on person that can lead this project both from a project management perspective, as well as drive the content in the right direction, and with strong change management skills as there is impact on roles and responsibilities as well.

  • Strong supply chain knowledge
  • SAP/APO experience (functional, not IT)
  • Experience of +8 years required
  • Experience in an international environment is required
  • Proficient in English
  • Regular travel, mainly to Switzerland (up to 25% of time)
  • Experience with projects that have change impact
