The Domain Customer Intimacy & Customer experience for Enterprises is responsible for:
- The definition of the vision
- The prioritization of projects
- The delivery of all BAU and change (project) activities
Within the scope of all (digital) channels, CRM & BI aspects for Enterprises
The Business project manager will assist the management team of the domain in the set-up of this new domain organisation and report directly to the domain transformation leader.
The person should help structure a number of new initiatives to be set-up. This consist among other of the following topics:
- Co-ordinate the preparations for the Domain Conventions: At this time between 200 & 300 persons working in the domain are briefed on the main evolutions in the domain
- Assist the domain MT on communication efforts to the domain. Set-up of a newsletter
Other communication initiatives
- Help the domain MT to align with other strategic programs running in the bank – among other the agile transformation of the bank.
- Education Master
- Languages: French Fluent, Dutch Fluent, English Fluent
- Experience At least 3 years of experience in project management functions (or comparable functions like business analysis, PMO, …).
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint required
- Strong communicator
- Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view)
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
