Corporate Banking (CB) Belgium is the business unit within the company which manages the client relations with medium and large Belgian companies and public institutions via two coverage units, Commercial Banking Belgium and Corporate Coverage Belgium. 
Bank for Entrepreneurs is part of Retail Banking Belgium (RBB) and serves Selfemployed and Small Business clients. 
Digital Banking for Enterprises (DBE) is a joint program Corporate Banking and Bank for Entrepreneurs with the mission to define the long-term strategy and manage the overall road map for digital channels for B2B segments. 

Function Description: 
You will integrate the Digital Banking for Enterprises team (DBE) as Business analyst / PMO where your main task will be to support to the Head of DBE in the following activities:

  • Preparation of steering committees and related presentations, help structure and organize progress follow-up on the overall digital road map, including Quarterly Agile Planning preparations, overview of financials, key contributor stakeholder management, facilitating workshops and organizing core team meetings
  • Contribute to pre-studies for candidate projects for the future evolutions of the e-business capabilities for B2B clients
  • Gather high level business requirements and translate these into high level solution proposition together with business, IT architects and squad PO’s
  • Gather cost estimates (business and IT) and prepare value and business cases
  • Prepare project budget requests and project initiation documentation 

DBE team is responsible for defining the digital strategy for Enterprise clients, so you will have the chance to directly participate in:

  • Strategy and feasibility studies for digital banking for enterprises
  • Preparation of related senior management presentations
  • Program activities in support of Corporate Banking’s digital transformation
  • Implementation of scaled agile from a marketing perspective (epic ownership)
  • Market watch and competitive benchmarking
  • Set-up of new business models and the launch of new technology prototypes

  • Bachelor or master degree (preferably Economics, Business administration, or Engineering) 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, proven track record in digital channels initiatives; participation in digital projects for financial services and knowledge of business banking will be considered a big plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to build professional looking slide decks is an absolute must
  • Being familiar with basic analytics tools will be considered a plus 
  •  Min 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role with direct involvement in digital projects as PM(O) in support of a senior manager
  • Candidate needs to be familiar with the major building blocks of a modern e-business environment and the role they play in creating great customer experience and reaching business objectives 
  • Previous experience in a digital B2B environment will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of business banking or marketing in financial services for B2B segments will be considered a big plus 
  • Combines business acumen for online channels with a good understanding of the program management to make it happen
  • Is a team player and good listener, able to manage different kinds of stakeholders
  • Is at ease in a cross-functional environment and copes well with periods of increased workload
  • Proven track record in managing projects or supporting program management
  • Experience with scaled agile will be considered a plus
  • Ideally you are well aware of the digital transformation trends in the financial services industry
