Het Knowledge Center zorgt voor de creatie en het onderhoud van online klantgerichte informatie. Zo zorgt het Knowledge Center mee voor een optimale digitale ondersteuning van de klant, zowel intern als extern.
Je maakt dus deel uit van een center of excellence & geeft input aan de Learning & Communication Experts over de vorm van de communicatie die je maakt.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Knowledge & Communication Creators van de Newsroom. Zij zorgen voor de creatie van ad hoc-communicaties (naar klanten en intern) en news items (dagdagelijkse nieuwigheden), die nodig zijn in de ondersteuning van de day to day job van onze contact center-medewerkers.
 
Projecten
  • Je schat de impact in op de bestaande online informatie (Knowledge), vorm & inhoud, en coördineert dit naar je L&C expert collega’s, als dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt samen met stakeholders de interne en externe communicatie uit. Dit altijd met het oog op klantgerichtheid, call avoidance, First Time Right (meteen de juiste boodschap en de kern van de zaak),… Dit zowel vanuit klanten- als intern (advisor) standpunt.
  • Je signaleert communicatie-opportuniteiten en doet verbeteringsvoorstellen om de informatie op een innovatieve manier te brengen.

Beheer van informatie
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en het beheer van de info in jouw Knowledge-domein.
  • Je faciliteert het proces om informatie online beschikbaar te maken voor je eindklant (e-push) en zorgt ervoor dat hij ook makkelijk vindbaar is voor onze advisors.
  • Je analyseert vanuit je Knowledge-expertise het materiaal dat je zelf maakt & beheert. Je stemt af met je interne stakeholders (experts binnen je kennisdomein). Je stimuleert die experts actief om input & feedback te geven over bestaand en nieuw materiaal. Je beschikt hierbij over een goede dosis samenwerking en bent in staat om informatie te vergaren.

Profiel
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen het juiste kennisdomein), met voorkeur in een communicatierichting (of ervaring met klantencommunicatie/copywriting).
  • Je bent in staat om het communicatiebeleid te ontwikkelen en mee vorm te geven.
  • Je kunt adviseren, coördineren en uitvoeren. Je denkt klantgericht en bent proactief.
  • Je hebt uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden (copywriting, redactie en eindredactie) in het Nederlands. Dit voor zowel webteksten, klantencommunicatie (brief, e-mail, sms…) als gesproken boodschappen… Je hebt ook de capaciteit om Franse & Engelse vertalingen te beoordelen op kwaliteit. Kennis en ervaring in Franse copywriting is een plus.
